Welcome to Skyline Ford, we are proud of our Dealership, and the opportunity to be involved with Ford Motor Company. Ford automobiles are amongst the finest vehicles on the roads today, and we are happy to share that experience with our valued customers. Donofrio Dealerships have been serving Salem and the Willamette Valley since 1962. Don Donofrio, started Don's Skyline Ford in 1962. Jim grew up around Skyline Ford since the beginning. Jim Donofrio now runs Skyline Ford and the other Donofrio Dealerships, along with his son Brian (BJ) Donofrio (left). Jim and BJ have a great passion for automobiles and both have a great collection of Vintage Classic Cars, and Exotic Cars. Jim's daughter, Ali Donofrio, is heavily involved as the Office Manager of Skyline Ford, which is the backbone to keeping the dealership in order. This is a 3rd Generation Family run business, which is amazing within itself. There are many family members that are involved at different levels. There are many employees that have been with the Donofrio's for many years. A family dealership that has been in business this long depends on long-term relationships with customers, employees and friends. Donofrio Dealerships include: Donofrio's Skyline Ford, Donofrio's Skyline Keizer Ford, Mercedes-Benz of Salem and Acura of Salem. Mercedes-Benz of Salem (formerly Valley Motor Company) is one of the oldest dealerships in the Willamette Valley which dates back the early 1920's and is still running strong thanks to the Donofrio Family. Interesting to note, Diane Donofrio's (Jim's wife) Grandfather originally started Valley Motor Company Ford in the 20's. Valley Motor Company was purchased by the Donofrio's in the late 1980's. Donofrio Dealerships have a great future and are in good hands. They want to thank, their Customers, Employees and Friends. Thank you for being a part of this great family!

Hello, my name is Steve Grenya, Quick Lane Manager at Skyline Ford. Thank you for your candid feedback. I am sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. I assure you that this is not our usual way of doing business at Skyline Ford. We are entering our 50th year and we didn’t get here by making our customers feel like they are being “ripped off”. We take this feedback very seriously and we would welcome the opportunity to make it right. Would you be willing to bring your vehicle in for a complimentary inspection? We would to like to address each issue that you have brought up. We strive to do one thing at Skyline Ford…create customers for life. Clearly we fell short of this in your case and we will do our level best to do better in the future. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you ever have any questions, comments or if there is anything we can do to remedy this. Thanks again for the feedback. Hello Mr. Carroll, My name is Kristina Richardson and I am the Customer Care Manager at Skyline Ford. Your concern has come to my desk, and to be honest, it has me alarmed. I strive daily, to keep Skyline’s name in good standings in the community. We have been a staple in Salem and Keizer for many years and I would like to think that we do what we can for our customers. I would like to look further into your situation if that is okay with you. I have spoken with Steve, Quick Lane Manager and Leon Adams, General Manager to see if there is a way to rectify this issue. After speaking with Steve, we discussed the possibility of re-inspecting your truck. It is definitely not common practice to falsely tell a customer they need work done. There is no training like hands on and we would like to see why the Technician believed you needed ball joints, when Les Schwab stated you didn’t. I understand your hesitation, and therefore we would like to offer you a complimentary oil change for your diesel truck at the next interval. I am now leaving this in your hands. I understand your frustration and I apologize for this situation. I hope that we are able to re-build your trust in us. Feel free to contact Leon Adams, Skyline’s General Manger, or myself if you have any questions.
