I was impressed the others would step up to help that quick. They also made a effort to get the color of car I wanted. They didn't have one at their dealership so they had someone bring one in the next day in the color I had requested. I found the salesman very friendly and personable. The business manager was very knowledgeable about the financing and willing to explain it in terms that I could understand. It felt like he had all the time in the world to seal the deal with me. The only part I didn't like was talking payments and numbers with the salesman. There was some confusion between lease payments and financing ones. Despite the confusion in our conversation I am happy overall with the financing. I was set up with a credit union in my home town, with the payments in a range that I wanted and with a decent interest rate. I also went back to the dealer for additional items, coating treatment package and a trunk mat. Everyone was very friendly and seemed like they made an effort to take care of me as a customer. The parts guy didn't have the mat in stock but he had it shipped overnight so I could have it the next day. I also was given a brand new rental car to drive home as part of the coating treatment package. The lady in charge of that was very friendly and made sure I knew all the details. I found the people at the service counter in the garage very helpful also. They were very prompt to ask about helping me as I drove in and I had calls from two people the next day to tell me my car was ready to pick up. I'd have to say even though I'm not from Salem I wouldn't have any qualms about recommending this dealership to my friends or family. This is the first Ford car I've owned so this was a huge change for me. More

I went in looking for a car that was in my budget. I walked out with a new 2012 Ford Focus that I get many compliments on. The car is Great I get close to 40 M.P.G. Of all the new cars that we test drove over a weekend, not only was the car we liked the best fit for us but the politeness and knowledge of the salesman drew us back to that specific dealership. When the car that was on the lot was not exactly what we were looking for in options, they did the hard work for us and found the exact one we wanted. We went in looking for a new car and walked away with a new one and a used one as well, because of their willingness to work on price with both vehicles. Sage worked hard for us to make this happen, since we really were only looking for just the one new car. More
