A close friend had purchased from Skyline twice before and also had dealt with Ron from another dealership, so when she knew that I was looking for a used car (I recently moved here), she took me to Skyli and also had dealt with Ron from another dealership, so when she knew that I was looking for a used car (I recently moved here), she took me to Skyline in Keizer about an hour and a half before I had another appointment on Thursday evening. She introduced me to Ron, I told him what I was looking for, and the price range I could afford. In 10 minutes or less he had me in a vehicle for a brief test drive on the lot. I liked the car, it exceeded what I was looking for and was not too far above my price range. Since I trusted my friend and she trusted Ron and Skyline, I bought the car. The rest of the staff there that I dealt with were friendly and made this the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever made, and I began buying cars at 16 and am now 57. Thank you Ron Parrish for being knowledgeable of the product you sell, knowing what was available on your lot, and your overall friendliness. Jeff went out of his way to locate a car with the equipment we desired that was in another state and had it trucked to Salem. without being pushy. We got what we desired in a timely manner at a reasonable price without having to drive to the big city. When delivered Jeff spent time showing how to work the various feature and he scheduled a follow-up meeting a week later to be sure we knew how to work all the new features. We appreciated the time spent to go over the features as previous experience at the dealers has been when it comes in they essentially hand us the keys and that is it. As to the price it was about what I expected to pay based upon prior research on Edmunds and the Ford websites. All in all the purchase was a pleasant surprise. More

Great customer service from Day 1 thru Purchase. My wife and I came into Skyline with the hopes of trading in one of our cars for a small SUV that would be great for our growing family.
