Ford automobiles are amongst the finest vehicles on the roads today, and we are happy to share that experience with our valued customers. Donofrio Dealerships have been serving Salem and the Willamette Valley since 1962. Don Donofrio, started Don's Skyline Ford in 1962. Jim grew up around Skyline Ford since the beginning.
Jim Donofrio now runs Skyline Ford and the other Donofrio Dealerships, along with his son Brian (BJ) Donofrio (left). Jim and BJ have a great passion for automobiles and both have a great collection of Vintage Classic Cars, and Exotic Cars. Jim's daughter, Ali Donofrio, is heavily involved as the Office Manager of Skyline Ford, which is the backbone to keeping the dealership in order. This is a 3rd Generation Family run business, which is amazing within itself. There are many family members that are involved at different levels. There are many employees that have been with the Donofrio's for many years. A family dealership that has been in business this long depends on long-term relationships with customers, employees and friends.
Donofrio Dealerships include: Donofrio's Skyline Ford, Donofrio's Skyline Keizer Ford, Mercedes-Benz of Salem and Acura of Salem. Mercedes-Benz of Salem (formerly Valley Motor Company) is one of the oldest dealerships in the Willamette Valley which dates back the early 1920's and is still running strong thanks to the Donofrio Family. Interesting to note, Diane Donofrio's (Jim's wife) Grandfather originally started Valley Motor Company Ford in the 20's. Valley Motor Company was purchased by the Donofrio's in the late 1980's.

Working with Eric Pfeil at Skyline Ford was a great experience. He was very helpful and answerred our questions. This is the 7th new vehicle that I have personally purchased through Jack at Skyline Ford since 2001. My husband has also purchased a truck through Jack. Some of the purchases were for personal use and some are my business vehicles. Some of my purchases were off the lot. A oouple of the vehicles were special ordered to get the features I wanted. Jack has made every purchase easy. I know that I can call Jack with my questions or what I think I need and he will get back to me very quickly. I know that when I am in the market again for a new vehicle, I will be on the phone to Jack. More

I am quite pleased with the service I got at Skyline Ford. Korey made the whole car buying process easy. He was friendly, non pressuring. He helped me find the car I wanted and in the color I wanted. on 5-21-12 I noticed my sun roof was leaking and I made the mistake of taking my vehicle to Skyline Ford in South Salem. The service department gave me a quote of $300.00 just to diagnose the problem. I wa the mistake of taking my vehicle to Skyline Ford in South Salem. The service department gave me a quote of $300.00 just to diagnose the problem. I was told they would need the truck for three days to fix it properly and they told me sun roof leaks are very expensive and could cost up to $1000.00 in repairs! At this point I'm looking at $1300.00 in work for an alleged leaky sun roof. Of course common sense would tell anyone something isn't right. I call LandMark Ford in Tigard. I was quoted $50.00 to 100.00 to diagnose and if I had them fix the problem they would incorporate the price to diagnose into the repair cost. They got me in the same day.... 2hrs later and for a 100.00 my un roof was diagnosed and fixed. It has rained since then and no leaky sun roof. I don't know what's wrong with this service department but they are dirty! More
