Best day I have had in a long time, thank you Skyline Ford. I had such a wonderful experience at Skyline Ford on Commercial St. Salem, Oregon. The salesman, Korey Miller, was fantastic. I am so happy with the car he sold me I cannot thank him enough. Korey made it the greatest time, covered all the things I needed to know, even helped me sync my cell phone to the car. My husband and I are so grateful to Korey and consider him a good friend now. He even wants us to come and see him again soon. And we plan on it since my husband would like a new truck. I have to say even the atmosphere at Skyline was very pleasant, the offer of refreshments and the wonderful people we met. The big bonus was the 1.9% interest on financing, Korey and Mark were a wonder in getting this for us. Thank you Korey from the bottom of our hearts, plus we just love our Ford Focus SE Hatchback. Yay. More

Several weeks before we were ready to commit to a purchase, we visited Skyline Ford and were met by a sales associate who was friendly and did not pressure us to buy. Later, when we were ready to make the commitment, we called Jon and he was immediately able to help us. He set aside a block of time for us to come that was convenient for us so that he could help us figure out the best purchase/lease option for our needs. We will definitely do business with him and Skyline Ford again. More

Very thorough customer service When we first came to Skyline Ford to talk with Jeff about finding my wife a car, we were unsure of what we were looking for, and just starting our ca When we first came to Skyline Ford to talk with Jeff about finding my wife a car, we were unsure of what we were looking for, and just starting our car search. Jeff was very knowledgeable about what was available, and listened to our "wants" even though we were still pretty unsure of what we actually wanted. Jeff showed us both new and used vehicles that he had available on the actual site, but also took us into the office and searched all vehicles that fit our needs and pricing that skyline had available at all their sites. Since this was the first dealership we had visited, we told Jeff that that we really felt a need to visit other dealerships to find out about other options, Jeff was very low pressure and had no problem with us dong that, and we really appreciated that. Jeff did explain that if we found something that we liked with another dealer, that he could try and obtain the same deal for us, just let him know. We ended up buying the first car that Jeff recommended and feel that we got the vehicle that fit our needs very well. Overall, I was very happy with the service and care that Jeff gave us, and I will be referring anyone looking for a vehicle to him. (My parents also bought a car from him about two months ago, and had the same positive experience). As long time Salem residents, we had never done any business with Skyline Ford, but have worked with a couple of other dealerships in the area, and I would just like to add, that Jeff has changed that for us.
