The lease was ending in December and I was really nervous about the end of lease process. I had an excellent experience with Kelley Jones at Skyline Ford on South Commercial the first time I leased a car so I went back to him. I told him I was nervous. He listened to my concerns, asked me what I really wanted and told me he would do his best for me. I told him race red was my favorite color, that needed really good gas mileage, a roomy trunk (I had a Ford Fiesta hatchback before), a payment amount I could afford, it needed to be practical but fun to drive and NOT look like an old lady car. The credit application process was simple and painless :) He contacted me a couple days later, said he found a car he thought I would love and that he'd like me to test drive it. It was a brand new 2015 race red Ford Focus, had the features I wanted and MORE (a "sport package" with cool wheels, high performance tires and awesome ground affects). He was right. I did love it! I didn't have to put any money down because of the rebates he researched and found for me, he worked hard to keep the price in the tier that would give me the best rate and the payment was LOWER than I expected. To top it off, he already had all the paperwork ready so, if I liked it, all I had to do was sign the paperwork. I left the dealership a short time later in a car with a full tank of gas that I could afford and was absolutely thrilled with!! Kelley went above and beyond for me. The level of customer service I received was exceptional. He has definitely earned my loyalty. He's the only one I will go to for all of my future purchases. I highly recommend him!! Tami Levin More

I wanted to downsize a bit from my old 1999 F350 Crew Cab, yet still be able to get some work done, tow and have enough room for the family inside. Great customer service I bought a new car with hardly any miles on it, but there was a distinct vibration when driving. I have bought and sold many cars myself, as I am a car enthusiast, and I can say that the friendliness and helpfulness I experienced in the purchase of a truck at Skyline Ford was second to none. I had been on the lookout for a Ford Raptor for a number of months, however I was currently in the middle of a lease on a luxury brand car, preventing me from moving forward on purchasing an F-150 Raptor. The perfect Raptor came in, and so I came in to take a look. It was just what I was looking for. The guys at Ford, in particular Jack and Octavio, were very helpful in trying to help me get into this truck while at the same time not being pushy in any way, just being attentive and available, and helpful with information on the truck. I felt they were fair and honest with the price and when it came to my trade-in I feel they moved a great deal in my way, all that they could, to make the deal as best possible for me. Overall, I felt the guys were honest, sincere, very friendly, and not pushy, and very helpful in making what I thought would be a difficult trade, a very easy and very smooth transaction. I dropped my 2001 Ford Ran My experience at Skyline Ford was wonderful. I was just beginning my search for a new truck and worked with Korey Miller. I dropped my 2001 Ford Ranger at the Service Dept. and asked to speak to a salesperson to answer some questions. Korey came over and introduced himself. He listened carefully while I told him what I wanted in a new truck. He answered all my questions about the different Ford models available. He steered me to a truck that I feel will meet all our needs. We looked at some trucks on the lot. He then called the other sales lot and had a truck brought over that fit my criteria. He carefully explained all the features and let me take it for a test drive. I was impressed by his technical knowledge of low end torque that will be helpful when we get a trailer to haul. I was intending to spend a few months looking for the right truck, but this one seemed perfect. I went home and when my wife got off work we went back and Korey was waiting to help us and answer all our questions. We ended up buying the first truck we looked at and were very happy with the service we received at Skyline Ford. Chad, Korey's manager and Mark the finance man were very professional and did their jobs flawlessly. Thanks for a great experience. By the way Korey was there at 9:00 in the morning and stayed until 8:00 at night to make sure everything went smoothly. More
