My purchase was done largely online due to the distance of Skyline Ford from me. However you choose to do business with these folks, being face to face or online, it will go very well for the customer. Outstanding customer service. I dealt with Jeff as the salesman who was very easy to chat with, he uses no stressful tactics or tricks and is knowledgeable about the product. As well, he is very prompt on returning calls, texts, or just to answer questions in general. A real class act. Juan was the finance/sales manager, he is very professional and very polite. He was open to questions and very forthright with his answers, also very easy to deal with. I even got some swag thanks to Marc!;) Very positive experience! Thank you to Scott My husband and i had tried to get a part for our 1992 F250 with problem after problem as the wrong part would show up. We had called the dealership an My husband and i had tried to get a part for our 1992 F250 with problem after problem as the wrong part would show up. We had called the dealership and they said we could get it the next day , so we took the day off and went to get the part, again the wrong part was given to us. BUT Scott said let me check on this and he went threw his computor and took the time to get the right one. He called later that day and said he had the part and we could come get it. And with great joy it was correct and we got our truck running again that day. As everyone knows with people going to work in different directions you need two running vehicles.
