First off the weather made us ch My wife and I brought our for Fiesta ( purchased at Skyline) to you for new tires, 4 wheel alignment and oil change. First off the weather made us change our appointment twice. We live at the coast so its an 65 mile drive for us to the dealership. That was handled with out a hitch. We took advantage of your shuttle service to do some shopping down town, worked great, great driver. During the mounting of our new tires one of our wheels was damaged by the mounting equipment, to the point it needed repair. I understand that those things happen, but the way it was handled was very impressive. Our service writer Katrina, explained the damage to us, and presented the solution on the spot. No questions, the machine had damaged the wheel and this is how Skyline would repair it. The way she presented the problem left no room for me to get upset. It was done very professionally, in a manor that gave us confidence that we would be taken care of properly. Many thanks to Katrina for her very professional and considerate attitude. Customer service is a skill that is difficult to find. I sometimes think it is a skill a person is born with. George Clemons and Walt Sommerson are fantastic!
