Ford automobiles are amongst the finest vehicles on the roads today, and we are happy to share that experience with our valued customers. Donofrio Dealerships have been serving Salem and the Willamette Valley since 1962. Don Donofrio, started Don's Skyline Ford in 1962. Jim grew up around Skyline Ford since the beginning.
Jim Donofrio now runs Skyline Ford and the other Donofrio Dealerships, along with his son Brian (BJ) Donofrio (left). Jim and BJ have a great passion for automobiles and both have a great collection of Vintage Classic Cars, and Exotic Cars. Jim's daughter, Ali Donofrio, is heavily involved as the Office Manager of Skyline Ford, which is the backbone to keeping the dealership in order. This is a 3rd Generation Family run business, which is amazing within itself. There are many family members that are involved at different levels. There are many employees that have been with the Donofrio's for many years. A family dealership that has been in business this long depends on long-term relationships with customers, employees and friends.
Donofrio Dealerships include: Donofrio's Skyline Ford, Donofrio's Skyline Keizer Ford, Mercedes-Benz of Salem and Acura of Salem. Mercedes-Benz of Salem (formerly Valley Motor Company) is one of the oldest dealerships in the Willamette Valley which dates back the early 1920's and is still running strong thanks to the Donofrio Family. Interesting to note, Diane Donofrio's (Jim's wife) Grandfather originally started Valley Motor Company Ford in the 20's. Valley Motor Company was purchased by the Donofrio's in the late 1980's.

Selected Skyline Ford because they had what I wanted and willing to sell to me at MSRP without markup. One area of improvement is in the paperwork processing - I failed to realize I was paying for new plat willing to sell to me at MSRP without markup. One area of improvement is in the paperwork processing - I failed to realize I was paying for new plates while my intent all along was to transfer my Oregon veteran plates to the new vehicle. It would have been nice if I was asked about the plates before paperwork was finalized. Overall I was into dealer around 3:20pm and out of dealership with new vehicle roughly two hours later which included a 20 minute test drive. More

Julian gave us the best car buying experience. We never felt pressured to act on anything and when we wanted time to think he gladly accepted it which made me feel more comfortable with it. It was so good I thought to myself is something wrong with this car that we don’t know about but no it is in very good condition. We had an issue with one of the keys after we bought the car and he had it fixed within an hour of us contacting him about it. And he didn’t have to, we already bought the car and would have still had a great experience. Julian went above and beyond and it only took an hour start to finish. He will be my first choice when buying a car any day. More

Never use them. I took my truck in for routine maintenance. They didn't rotate the tires, didn't add DEF. Told me my batteries were low.
