Best new truck purchase EVER! My husband and I searched locally for a new truck but to no avail. We googled the pickup of our choice and up popped Skyline Ford. A quick phone call put us in touch with sales consultant Jeff White. A man of his word I might add! Jeff is pleasant, helpful, and knowledgable. After nailing down just what we needed in a farm truck, Jeff even agreed to pick us up at the AMTRAK station and give us a lift to the dealership. After arriving, we were treated cordially. (Their COFFEE, I might add is to die for!) Each person with whom we dealt (from Jeff to Juan) were efficient in their jobs. We got the pickup we asked for at the price that was decided upon. We checked out a 2013 model at Skyline, but determined that the "price to value" didn't work for us. Jeff had told me about a new 2017, and when we visited with him yesterday ( at work on his day off), I pulled out my notes and we reviewed how a deal might work. We have purchased many vehicles over the years, and have never had an experience as pleasant as this. Mr Tom Duffy, who managed the administrative side of our transaction, was incredible. Bottom line is, we trust and appreciate Jeff and Tom, and actually look forward to working with them again! More
