I was recently involved in a hit and run accident in my 2015 Escape ( no fault of my owm) in which my car was a total loss. They helped me replace my car without haggling and helped me find the lowest cost vehicle that met my desires. By the way, I can personally attest to the safety/survivability of the current Escape design. I was struck from behing bu someone going between 90-100 mph, I was doing 60-65, and then spun out and hit a concrete barrier, with airbag deployment. The Ford sync's last action was ro call 911 for me before it died. I definately recommend both Skyline Ford and the Escape! More

After presenting each type of car, and talking with you about it, her then gives you "space" to make your own decision and finally chose the car. Them after the choice is made and the car is "in process" of being brought to Skyline from another dealer, which was our situation, he keep you informed with calls giving updates about when the car will be available. World’s Most Personable Sales Lady — Mrs. Ford I set up a meeting with Skyline Ford through the online guy to see a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium hatchback, so I expected him to be the one to greet me I set up a meeting with Skyline Ford through the online guy to see a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium hatchback, so I expected him to be the one to greet me at the door. Oddly this wasn’t the case, considering he is simply the online interaction guy. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Vee. Vee was helpful from the very beginning. Her responses via text and email were punctual. She made a visit I expected to be rather boring into a visit I wanted to make again. She’s very outgoing, knowledgeable, accurate, consistent, and always knows what to say. Everything we asked about she had an answer for almost immediately, and if she couldn’t give an accurate answer, she brought somebody who knew the answer. Sage was brought into the mix once we began talking about financing. Although very to-the-point and stern, he was very informative, kind and helpful. Those are some rather important qualities when negotiating. He helped me get the car down to a more reasonable price, and he made sure we got the best interest rate possible for financing. He explained everything in great detail, gave us reasons why, and several good points on the actual value of the car. Although I would have liked to get a better price on my trade-in, and a little lower price on the Focus I was buying, I still left feeling good about my purchase. Both Vee and Sage were very helpful, and can expect to see me again. More
