Norm was friendly and informative and not pushy with us at all. We had some trouble with the financing because of the loan already on our truck that we were trading in and the guys all worked really hard to find us a good financing option within our budget for the car that we wanted. They spent a good portion of the day playing phone tag just to make sure we were happy! And we are! Sage was friendly and helpful with getting us our warranty and extra options along with that while keeping it within our budget. We will definitely be coming back here for any vehicular needs we have in the future! More

Skyline Ford provides the most excellent vehicle servicing.. I bought my second Ford Edge at Skyline Ford and had it serviced a couple of days ago. My appointment time was promptly met and about 45 minutes late I bought my second Ford Edge at Skyline Ford and had it serviced a couple of days ago. My appointment time was promptly met and about 45 minutes later my Edge was ready for me to safely drive after an oil change, tire rotation and all other necessary inspections. Jason is always totally professional and all personnel are courteous and helpful. I also had an opportunity to visit with Jon, who sold me this vehicle. I depend of these men because I am now widowed and need their best advice and assistance. A couple of months ago the driver's door seemed to be sticking slightly when opening it; I stopped at Skyline Ford and the problem was immediately corrected. It's really reassuring to feel at home at a very necessary place of business! My appreciation is most sincere. More

I worked with Kelley Jones on finding a vehicle and after just a few minutes of speaking with him, he knew what I wanted and showed me multiple options. Time is not something I have a lot of and we were able to get the whole deal done and keys in my hands in less than 2 hours. It doesn't get better than that. More

I was recently involved in a hit and run accident in my 2015 Escape ( no fault of my owm) in which my car was a total loss. They helped me replace my car without haggling and helped me find the lowest cost vehicle that met my desires. By the way, I can personally attest to the safety/survivability of the current Escape design. I was struck from behing bu someone going between 90-100 mph, I was doing 60-65, and then spun out and hit a concrete barrier, with airbag deployment. The Ford sync's last action was ro call 911 for me before it died. I definately recommend both Skyline Ford and the Escape! More
