I told him my budget and he showed me a vehicle that matched my budget and exactly what I wanted. I didn’t feel at all like he was trying to sell me something because “it’s only a little more expensive” - he stayed right in my budget range, if not under. I am very thankful for that. I asked about some of the higher-end options and he even talked me INTO staying in my budget range instead of encouraging me to get things I don’t need. He also had a great sense of humor and was very patient and understanding with me and my parents who were there for support. He was also patient with me for being so nervous of buying a car on my own for the first time. My boyfriend was so excited and impressed with my purchase/deal that he went in to buy a car the next day! I love my 2018 Escape, thank you so much! More

No pressure sales We took our 2005 F350 in for repairs. While there, we test drove a used 2012 F350. The next day we went back and test drove a new 2017 F350. Francisco was patient with us as we asked to take both vehicles out to the freeway (as much of my driving is on the freeway). He did not rush us, or try to turn us to another salesman; he just answered our questions and gave us information on the vehicles. After the second test drive, we bought the new F350. We couldn't be happier with it and would absolutely recommend Francisco "Franny" for anyone looking for a new Ford, or something on their used lot. He can even sell you a new Acura or Mercedes, from their lots across the street. More
