Awesome Experience We were shopping for a used car; we intended to spend no more than $5,000 and certainly had no intention of buying a new car. We had already talked to car salesmen at four other car lots, and each of them said they had nothing like what we were looking for, end of story. When we got to Skyline, Jeff White came out to talk to us. He was engaging and seemed interested in our concerns. After showing us a few used cars, it seemed clear that, like the others, he didn't have what we were looking for either. Yet rather than sending us on our way he, without being aggressive, began to open our eyes to the value of a new car purchase versus a used car purchase. Our mindset had not allowed us to even consider it. Jeff saw the possibility that we may not have really known what we wanted after all. In less than 3 hours, Jeff converted us from used car buyers to new car buyers, found a fantastic deal that put our payments in an affordable range, and when we left we were truly grateful for Jeff's guidance in our car buying process. We are so happy to have a car that will be reliable and have a full warranty should anything go wrong; it now seems folly that we ever considered spending our good money on a used car. More

Bait and switch beware Called on one vehicle, it was in their inventory per their website. They were not able to produce car due to having “loaned it out”. A great and no pressure experience It had been a while since I've needed to purchase a vehicle. Since my son needed a commuter car, he wanted to purchase my 1992 Corolla (2nd vehicle). So, Skyline happen to have the perfect car (2010 Corolla) for a replacement. I dealt with Jeff White and he is a professional from start to finish. He was attentive to my vehicle need and helped me explore different options for a purchase. In addition, I took the vehicle back to possibly get the trunk lid adjusted. It only took the Body Shop Manager about 5 minutes to make the adjustment. I was very satisfied with a job well done! I would certainly recommend Skyline Ford and Jeff to anyone that is in the market to purchase a vehicle! More
