I had many questions and he answered them all and gave me more info that I did not know about. We arranged for a test drive the next day. I showed up early and went out to the lot and checked out the Ranger we talked about. There was another one there with a hot pepper red color. It cost a little more than the original one I was looking at. We made a deal on the hot pepper truck, with the rebates it was almost the same price as the original truck I looked at and the package contained more goodies. The paper work was completed, the trade was made and thanks to Jon and the Staff I now have a pickup that will fit in the garage, Thanks to all of you. More

We used the COSTCO buying program and there was a little confusion when we were first handed off from the online person to the actual people at the dealership. We also had not purchased a car in 20 years so we were not familiar with how the manufacturer rebates and financing work. But that was quickly cleared up. We felt like we were treated professionally, honestly and respectfully. Excellent customer service. We are very pleased with the deal we got and recommend both Skyline Ford and COSTCO More
