Korey Miller was a terrific assistant in our car buying experience. He answered our questions knowledgeably and was up front about any minor issues the vehicle we were looking at had. Do not spend your money at this dealership for vehicle services. I had the worst experience as a customer from communication to scheduling and cost of services to boot. The Manager there (Tracy) doesn't k services. I had the worst experience as a customer from communication to scheduling and cost of services to boot. The Manager there (Tracy) doesn't know the first thing about quality customer service (I work for Amazon). Not only did they not have my part after waiting 3 weeks for a service appointment, but I also had to pay for said part up front while I waited for the part to arrive. I was then contacted to remind me of the appointment time on January 7th, but had to reschedule due to sudden change in schedule. They didn't even mention then that the part was not in. When my new appointment came around again 2 weeks later, they called in the morning to confirm, then called me again in the afternoon to tell me they weren't sure the part was going to arrive and could I leave my truck sitting in their parking lot for a 3-day stretch just in case it arrived the following Monday?! When I challenged them to put me in their schedule when the part arrived and contact me at that time, they couldn't commit. Spoke to subpar service manager (title shouldn't even be labeled employee) and all he did was make excuses and place blame on me for complaining about the lack of follow through. No loaner was offered, no offer for placing me into the schedule once the part arrived, no compensation offered for inconvenience, nothing. There are plenty of Ford dealers along the I-5 corridor. Take your vehicle elsewhere for service. They don't deserve your business. More

He made an effort to help me through the whole ordeal, even when it involved driving to traded in my 2012 Ford Raptor for a 2015 Mustang convertible.
