From the second we walked onto the lot, to the second we pulled off the lot in our brand new RAV, the experience was enjoyable, painless, and all around wonderful! Marvin was our salesman and I cannot say enough about him. His personality, no BS attitude, and openness was extremely relieving and appreciated! Marvin and The Financial Wizard Brian, made this otherwise daunting and anxious process much more relaxing and tolerable. Marvin took his time in explaining every thing and was quick and knowledgeable when I had questions, no matter how ridiculous my question happen to be.
