New Car I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Carlos Flores. I had been researching cars on-line and wanted to check out the Toyota Avalon. Carlos showed me all of them that were on the lot and helped me compare the different trim levels and options. We went for a test drive and Carlos went over the features. I decided on the XLE touring. I got an excellent deal on my trade-in and the financing part was hassle free. I picked up my car the next day and Carlos went over all the features with me again.
