Exceptional Customer Service This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Sierra Toyota. I called the Toyota dealership in Tucson several times to inquire about a particular vehicle before driving all the way to Tucson. Their sales team never bothered to call back. I called Sierra Toyota and spoke to Marvin, he went above and beyond to find me the vehicle that I wanted. We went into the dealership and the customer service was exceptional as always. We picked out two different vehicles and Marvin gave us the breakdown of each vehicle to help us determine which vehicle would best fit our wants and need. Believe me there was a lot of discussion between ourselves and Marvin was extremely patient with us. Once we finally decided on the vehicle, Marvin made sure the process went very smooth and quick.
