They used KBB to value my trade-in, and showed me a bunch of options for my estimated monthly payment. Throughout the process, Carlos and the rest of the staff were kind, thorough, and honest. I never got the feeling that anyone was trying to sell me something I didn't need and there was no classic "let me talk to my manager" tactics.
