Yesterday I picked up my first brand new vehicle from Sierra Toyota. A pre order 2025 Toyota Camry. In the past I have only purchased used vehicles. He kept me updated on the status of building to when I could expect my order to be ready, to include what I needed to do in advance concerning the final purchase. Never did I feel pressured, and was reassured once the vehicle arrived if I had a change of heart my deposit was fully refundable.
