The service center experience has changed since the Honda location moved and not for the better. The service manager that worked with me spoke in a manslpaining tone and didn’t point out recommended services location moved and not for the better. Also I think charging a 3% fee for using a credit card is ridiculous in this current day. I am already spending plenty of money getting my car properly serviced I shouldn’t have to be subjected to additional fees. More
Kevin was very helpful is all aspects. Explaining the repair needed and the time it would take. He scheduled a ride home for me and was prompt in letting me when the repair was complete.
