Andreh was great to work with, and the vehicle service itself was perfectly fine. My only major complaint is the 3% credit card surcharge. Billy was friendly and worked very hard to please me and pointed out several items he felt needed to be done on my vehicle. One thing I was unhappy about was that I was told my vehicle would be ready between 12 and 2 and it was not. No one contacted me to tell me it was not going to be ready so I had returned the car I had rented for the previous two days around noon. I had a prior commitment that afternoon and had no vehicle to get to where I needed to be. Billy ended up getting me a rental from Honda for the day. Also I do not understand how they calculated my charges on the bill, but my husband told me not to worry about it since it was the amount of the estimate. I was told that it was $240 to look at the car but if they did the work that day I would not be charged the $240 but according to the paperwork I was charged the $240. More
Billy Tam did a wonderful job checking everyone in at the 7:00am hour all by himself as the other co-workers were not there.
