I recently had to get out of a lease because I was racking up way too many miles on my car. It was at the point that I would have been severely penalized had I waited until my lease was up. I went to racking up way too many miles on my car. It was at the point that I would have been severely penalized had I waited until my lease was up. I went to Sierra Honda and was overwhelmed by their hospitality, knowledge, and concern for my situation. The overall value of everything was unbelievable. Thank you to my internet sales manager Clark Rowlett, the new car manager Ellen and Used Car Manager Robert. I couldn't be happier you guys are amazing. More
Your are definitely not the customer to these people. I asked for a specific service and Eric said they would perform it and then called and said they needed to check a part I just installed. and that woul asked for a specific service and Eric said they would perform it and then called and said they needed to check a part I just installed. and that would be extra. I said if that extra money would give me an answer I would gladly pay it. Next call need more money for something I just had my mechanic of 20 years do and Eric said it was their policy to do this step next. I said no and got my car out of there as these folks would just keep on going till I paid for a new car. I thought they would have changed from 4 years ago but I guess not. More

I went to 4 dealerships and ended up buying a used Pilot from Sierra. John was friendly, and knowing that I had talked to the sales people at the Alhambra, Pasadena and Glendale dealerships, immediately set from Sierra. John was friendly, and knowing that I had talked to the sales people at the Alhambra, Pasadena and Glendale dealerships, immediately settled on the price. no back and forth nothing. Only the finance guy pushed the extended warranty a little. one of the best experiences buying a used car. More
Worst Honda dealership in the area. Multiple salesman lied over the phone for days until I showed up and then the car was not there. Gave the famous "we just sold it" line. All they want to do is get th lied over the phone for days until I showed up and then the car was not there. Gave the famous "we just sold it" line. All they want to do is get the customer in the door and they will sell their own child to make that happen. Joke of a dealership, poor customer service and shameful professionalism. Honda should take over this dealership and close it. The way they operate is only hurting the Honda name. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone, including my worst enemy. FYI, Power Honda in Costa Mesa was the best dealership I found in the area. The car advertised was on the lot and they were willing to work with the price. More
There should be negative ranking. this honda dealer is not deserve even 1. Brian was the person who was working with us. he will push too much. After going there, i feel honda gave dealership to this unit not deserve even 1. Brian was the person who was working with us. he will push too much. After going there, i feel honda gave dealership to this unit. Honda should really think about this. This dealer is just spoiling honda's name. Honda should have some criteria for dealer and person who work there. he talks just like street guy. And when i said no he reaped all the papers in front of me and throw it to trash can. I felt humilating and insulting. More
in June, 2010 I spent $380 to have my Hybrid Civic (new to me, but used) checked out because the check engine light came on the day after I bought it from Carfax. They ran the diagnostic and said it was a to me, but used) checked out because the check engine light came on the day after I bought it from Carfax. They ran the diagnostic and said it was a coolant issue and needed to replace parts. About a week later the light came on again, I brought it in and Chris (who no longer works there)helped me again. After the $98 diagnostic and a test drive later, plus forcing me both times to rent from enterprise for around $50 a day, he said it was because the gas cap was loose and that I just needed to make sure I clicked it 3 times. A few days later my friend and I had to drive up to Sacramento for a wedding, or we tried to... the car started smoking on I-5 in the middle of nowhere, 20 miles south of Bakersfield. The air conditioning cut out, the check engine light came on immediately as the car started rattling and the spedometer plummeted. Luckily I pulled off to the side of the road in time for it to die. In 120 degree heat I called Sierra Honda, explaining what happened as my friend called Triple A, and got transferred 4 times til I finally got ahold of the general manager. The lady was incredibly rude and defensive, informing me that the guy who helped me, Chris, no longer worked there and there was no way to prove that their service was the reason for my engine problems. I said I got the car checked out and spent almost $500 for a shoddy job and asked what she recommend I do. She was beyond rude and when I asked for the name of the nearest dealer she said she couldn't help me and what did I expect her to do? It was my responsibility to just "get off the side of the road!" I told her I would like to have her call the nearest dealership and inform them of the situation, like a doctor who shares medical history with the nearest doctor to help heal a patient, so my car could get fixed. She gave me the number then said there was nothing she could do beyond that. The engine is completely shot, and the kind guy named Richard at Barber Honda (the EPITOME of opposite from Sierra--> water bottles, helpfulness, called Enterprise, honest, competent, efficient, friendly...) told us that the car had been misdiagnosed a problem that caused us to lose the engine, which now costs $4,500 to replace for a USED engine, which is 70% of what we paid for the whole car when we bought it after getting it guaranteed by Honda last month. Don't even think of buying a "certified pre-owned" Honda from these rip off artists unless of course you want the wheel and brakes to fall off because their service department, while allegedly doing the 15 from these rip off artists unless of course you want the wheel and brakes to fall off because their service department, while allegedly doing the 150 point inspection for the Honda certification, forgot to put all the bolts on the wheels and brakes. "Wow I have extra bolts/pins after working on that car - maybe I should figure out where they came from" ???? Apparently they just toss those extra parts into a box and forget about it. After being rear-ended by someone that totaled her car my daughter had to act fast to purchase another car. After checking on-llne inventories it looked like Sierra Honda had several cars in the price range, and with the Honda certification she was looking for so she drove from N. Hollywood (quite a distance). The "Honda certified" car my daughter purchased started having problems immediately, and after taking it to a different dealer (closer to where she lived) she found out a WHEEL was about to fall off because someone forgot to put all of the bolts back on, the brakes were falling off because they were also missing bolts, the bushings were torn, three of the belts were badly worn, and on and on and on. It was as if there was NEVER ANY INSPECTION as detailed in Honda's Certification promise. SHE IS LUCKY SHE WASN'T KILLED! The mechanic at Robertson Honda did tell her that the brakes would have fallen off first so that probably would have been enough noise for her to realize something serious was wrong before the wheel fell off. Many calls to Sierra Honda Service Manager and many letters resulted in only a "tough shit" attitude from them. If she hadn't purchased the bumper to bumper warranty she would have been left out in the cold by Sierra Honda. Honda Certified Pre-Owned means nothing to Sierra Honda don't pay the extra price you will regret it and in fact will be purchasing an unsafe vehicle that may kill you. Robertson Honda of North Hollywood went above and beyond to get her car to the safety standard it should have been at when she purchased it. and even replaced parts that were not covered by the bumper to bumper warranty. So head to Robertson Honda and don't ever buy a car from Sierra Honda unless you want the wheels to fall off - literally! More
I was looking to buy a 2010 Accord EX sedan (automatic/4 cylinder) and contacted numerous dealers via the internet. After doing a great deal of research, I came up with a price which I thought was fair and cylinder) and contacted numerous dealers via the internet. After doing a great deal of research, I came up with a price which I thought was fair and one that I was comfortable with. Half of the dealers sent a reply e-mail response and that was all I've received. The rest of them skirted around the price by saying things like, "We'll work with you," "We will find one within your budget," and "When will you be stopping by so we can work out a deal." The only one that replied with a definite response was Sierra Honda. I must've e-mailed John Ruiz and Ken Liu over 20 times. I asked all kinds of questions such as the available colors, how many EX's are on the lot, what is needed for the 2.9% special rate, etc. Here is the clincher: After John promised my price, I found a better price (over $500 difference). I contacted John and he immediately stated, "The price is not a problem. I just want your business." Next day, we drove over 60 miles to Sierra Honda and worked with Ken Liu. He explained the entire process to us and did not try to sell us anything extra or change the price. Ken even asked us if we wanted to sell our trade-in through the internet so we can get more for it. WOW! Imagine a salesperson looking out for the client. Amazing. After we purchased the car, Ken spent a good amount of time to explain and demonstrate each function of the car. All I can say is there is still a good dealership out there with great salesperson and manager. THANKS SIERRA HONDA FOR AN AWESOME BUYING EXPERIENCE !!!!!!! More
