Every dealership I would go to would provide pushy customer service to close the sale and find what's convenient to them and not the customer. When I went in to Sierra Honda in Monrovia, Frank Gray assisted me and for once heard me out in what I was looking for. Not once did I feel rushed to make a decision. He showed me all my different options and found me a deal in exactly what I wanted. I was still waiting to hear a response from my insurance so I couldn't make a decision that day. I still went to other dealerships to see my options but none compared to Sierra Honda. I came back a few days later and asked to be assisted by Frank for the great customer service he provided. Very patient, very professional, and he is who I wanted to give my sale to. This was my first time buying a brand new car and he made my experience great. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking into purchasing a new car. Not only him but all the staff there are very polite and helpful. Thank you again . I am now enjoying my brand new 2017 Honda Civic and will be returning to get my dad's car and will send any family and friend referrals to you . More
