Lilly Sandoval was very helpful she went above and beyond to look for the car that met our needs.She did whatever she could to make our purchase smooth and fun. WATCH OUT FOR SCAMS! Be careful for this dealer, they just wanna mislead you to sell the care plan. Don't buy any recommended service from them. They promised 'the addit Be careful for this dealer, they just wanna mislead you to sell the care plan. Don't buy any recommended service from them. They promised 'the additional Honda Care won't be started until the Honda factory warranty expires'. When he saw I was still hesitation, he said we can cancel the Honda care anytime, and Honda will fully refund to us, no charge. But in the contract it doesn't show Effective Date, just 8 years/100,000 miles. But when I received the Honda care contract last week, the truth is Honda Care started from the data we bought the car. That means Honda Care we bought overlaps the Honda Factory warranty. Why should we buy additional Honda care since Honda factory warranty already covers 3Year/36,000 miles bumper to bumper? It makes no any sense for us. And when I wanna cancel it, they said another different story: only fully refund in 30 days, after that they cannot. Why did you say I can cancel it anytime with fully refund when I signed the contract? More
