My initial call was answered by Tom Redd, who treated me like I was an old friend, and I am. I purchased my first Honda from Sierra and both Honda's I've owned have been serviced there with my old friend, K like I was an old friend, and I am. I wasn't prepared to purchase that day but Albert and the test drive were so great, I bought my third Honda. Albert had lots of paperwork obstacles to overcome, and he conquered them all with flying colors. He was wonderful to work with. Autotrader said it was a great deal and it was! More

I had initially contacted Sierra Honda from looking at CARFAX app for used Honda and Sierra Honda was very prompt to respond! Met Tom Redd and also Anthony from their texting communication. Even sent a video of the Accord I was interested in when it was still being inspected. I then came to the dealer to see the Accord EXL and they did great! They are great at Sierra Honda! Kevin in service, phenomenal. Always professional, receptive, and kind. I am discouraged by the technicians from my last service. The civic was not returned as I left it.
