Sierra Honda is exemplary! Adam Lopez is professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He provided me with all the information I needed in an easy to understand manner. They Adam Lopez is professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He provided me with all the information I needed in an easy to understand manner. They also offer financing for larger repairs when needed, and they prioriteze necessary repairs over those that could be delayed. Adam ensured I received the best discount available. Although I live 18 miles from Sierra Honda Monrovia, I choose this over the dealership 2.5 miles from home brcause I know Sierra is reliable and I trust them for my vehicle needs. It's an incentive to have professional courtesy with Lyft service to and from my workplace which is closeby Sierra. Thank you! More

The process was very lengthy (5 hours) I was trying to get my new CR-V for the sale price which would have afforded payments under or around $300, instead, my payments went up to almost $500. Was asked to return so that Charlie, the finance manager could recalculate my payments which went down $2. For me, even though the salesmen were very nice and courteous, I don’t feel I got a good deal as I had on my previous lease.🤷🏻♀️ More
