When my Ford Fusion Hybrid needed to be replaced my husband and I decided to look at Sierra Honda because he has been going there for maintenance for years and loves it. We'd done our research an husband and I decided to look at Sierra Honda because he has been going there for maintenance for years and loves it. We'd done our research and came with printouts of exactly what car and options we wanted, the manufacturing price vs. MSRP, and a list of dealers in town that had that car. When we walked onto the lot Prosper Umudu greeted us and was friendly and open and never did a hard sell. (I HATE hard sells and was ready to walk away to another dealer if we'd gotten one.) Prosper was courteous and friendly. We saw the car we wanted but it had extra options added at the dealership and cost more than we wanted. So we were planning on going elsewhere but asked if we could still test drive it. He said, "Yes, of course!" and went to get the keys. After the drive, Prosper asked us to repeat exactly what it was we were looking for - and because he listened well, was friendly, helpful and open we ended up purchasing with him. We drove off the lot with the new car and the whole process took about four hours from the moment we walked onto the lot and drove off the lot with our brand new car. More
