Thank-you for considering our dealership for your airbag recall replacement. We apologize that for safety reasons, and to stay compliant with our legal agreement to American Honda we were not able to comply with your request to keep your recalled vehicle at home for storage while waiting for your replacement airbag to arrive. American Honda's rules require that the vehicle may only be stored up to 20 miles away from the dealership, and unfortunately your home is beyond that. In an effort to meet both your wants and needs Dan suggested that you visit a dealership within 20 miles of your home. We sincerely apologize if his response was perceived as mistreatment.
