First thing, I brought my car in to have them look into my air compressor that right Honda said I need replaced and paid right Honda the $100 to look at it. I brought it to showcase in order to get it unde my air compressor that right Honda said I need replaced and paid right Honda the $100 to look at it. I brought it to showcase in order to get it under warranty, believing it would be replaced. Instead, they say there was nothing wrong with it and attempted to charge me the $100 again. I refused to pay the $100 again and they came up with a convenient “service” about needing my brake fluid changed. Keep in mind I was at or around the 60k mile service for my car that would include brake fluid replacement, among other things. I did not know this at the time and they swindled me out of $100 and did nothing to replace my air compressor under warranty. Shady, greedy dealership. Oh and I lease my car for 3 years paying around 12k on a ~ 21k purchase. After the three years I went in to finance it and they tacked on enough be fees to bring the total back up to ~21k. -10/10 DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Trash morals of the greedy preying on anyone they can. More

Very unhelpful and wouldn't honor the MPP warranty without me paying an outrageous amount. I had to get another car and repo the piece of crap 2021 Kia Soul Showcase sold me. Have had constant issues with my "certified preowned" Honda civic. Paid $700 for "major service" in September 2024. 1 went to a different mechanic last week who believes showcase Honda did not actually Honda civic. Paid $700 for "major service" in September 2024. 1 went to a different mechanic last week who believes showcase Honda did not actually replace my transmission or brake fluid, nor did they replace my air or cabin filters. All of which I paid for. Would highly, highly recommend not coming here. More

This dealership is professional and kind and seems to know what they are doing, while some advisors can be a little pushy when dealing with an older woman, as evidenced by changing their tune when a youn know what they are doing, while some advisors can be a little pushy when dealing with an older woman, as evidenced by changing their tune when a young male shows up who has knowledge. It is understood you are in the business to make money but that type of ethics doesn’t jive with me. I give four stars because the work is done well, and not all advisors are this way. Some are nice and very professional. One thing is that, and I’m not sure why dealerships do this, you all are overpriced. If you want more business be competitive. If you charge 150 for an oil change that I can get it for 80 elsewhere what do you think the choice will be. More
