I was promised a replacement windshield when I purchased a new Honda crv hybrid. I have been told it is on back order for 1 year. When the third party called and asked us for payment before the replacement I informed them Honda was covering the bill and to call them for payment. No contact back from the dealership or the window company. It has been 2 years now and no replacement. More
