I think I have been treated fair with the exception of my suspicion that the 2020 Honda I purchased had been in in an accident that wasn’t disclosed which would’ve lowered my purchase price. Yet I bought the car so that is something I can’t negotiate now. The service department has always been kind to both my dog & myself which wins points. When I purchased my car, my son & I were with his dog and personnel were kind to her as well. That’s pretty much the driving force behind my comments. I hardly drive my car so some repairs I don’t think I was responsible for due to a recall yet I’m sure you can investigate that and make things right for me. The service department has always been nice. More
