Also, wanted to get a copy of my dd214, I asked why, he said, just to have it for our records (also a lie, they don't need it). Added a couple accessories to the vehicle and they wanted me to leave without them being installed. Talked to the GM who said I will be making his people stay late...and that he was going to lose money with my sale, xxx, if you are losing money, how and why are you selling me the vehicle then? Had to argue with them for at least 2 hours and threatened to leave because they were adamant about completing a credit application and a back up contract. The main seller (Alejandro) was nice, no complains about him. They lack general knowledge about the product they're selling. Couldn't answer a simple question about towing capacity, engine specs, and general specs on the vehicle. More
