We agreed on an out-the-door price for our vehicle, but when it came time to finalize the paperwork, the finance manager claimed we had to pay over We agreed on an out-the-door price for our vehicle, but when it came time to finalize the paperwork, the finance manager claimed we had to pay over $800 for state registration separately — a charge that should have been included in the agreed upon price. After completing all the paperwork, which documented that the car had only 6 miles on it, we left it with their service department to install accessories. When we returned to pick it up, the mileage had increased dramatically — more than seven times what it was at purchase. This is highly suspicious and raises serious concerns. More

Hola buenas tardes me nombre es Juan Reyes y referente que me dieron un carro al cridito eh tenido varios Inconvenientes por el carro trai varios ruido y ami el vendedor me dijo que el carro estaba bueno que me dieron un carro al cridito eh tenido varios Inconvenientes por el carro trai varios ruido y ami el vendedor me dijo que el carro estaba bueno y aparte no me dijo que tenía 30 días de garantía y el problema de la punta de flecha no me lo an reparado por espereraron que pasara los 30 día para después cobrarme ami la reparación cuando el carro venía defectuoso y ahora se volean por fue donde el vendedor el vendedor me manda para que lo rebicen asta tube que llevar al mecánico de ellos de la honda para que escuchara el ruido Hera dos ruido y solo compusieron uno y ahora me dise que yo tengo que pagar la reparación cuando ellos me lo dieron así que sean más responsable con los cliente por el cliente tiene su derecho y eso yo ya lo había reportado y asta me estuvieron hay todo el día en la honda Civi de la camelback eso no es justo se supone que el carro ya lo habían chekeado y yo al día siguiente le dije que el carro tenía varios sonido 😔 More
