It is unacceptable for any customer to feel misinformed about financial or warranty products. The issues with the lifetime tint warranty, Zaktek fee, and the certified Honda warranty included with the vehicle are noted, as is the inconvenience caused by receiving registration paperwork only after multiple follow-ups. The dealership is committed to reviewing this experience thoroughly to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
