My recent visit was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations. The issue with my car was directly related to a part that Honda had recently replaced, which made this situation Honda’s responsibil my expectations. As a result, I was without my car for three days and had no choice but to rent a vehicle in order to get to work, since taking time off was not an option. I asked if Honda could cover the cost of the rental, as the issue stemmed from their repair, but my request was denied. This was disheartening, especially considering that I have been a loyal Showcase Honda customer for 12 years, during which I have purchased two vehicles and consistently returned for service. I had even planned to purchase my next car from Honda, but after this experience, I no longer feel confident in continuing that relationship. I could fully understand paying for a rental if the problem had been caused by my driving or negligence, but in this case, it was not. I hope Honda will reconsider how situations like this are handled, as it greatly affects customer trust and long-term loyalty. More

Sheisters… all of them. We agreed on a price for the vehicle and a price for the trade in. They tacked on two separate fees without disclosing them to us… one for zaktek and We agreed on a price for the vehicle and a price for the trade in. They tacked on two separate fees without disclosing them to us… one for zaktek and the other a tint lifetime warranty to the tune of around $1,800. Then Fernando Rascón in financing sold us a service package (singular) which he said included all mechanical and body/glass for 5 years. Turns out there were various packages available and he sold us 2 separate packages. No one disclosed to us that because the vehicle was a Honda certified vehicle it already came with a 12 month warranty. He also downplayed gap insurance because with the mount of our trade-in we would be no where near the point where we would need it. Lies, lies, lies. We expected dealer and registration fees and taxes but when it was all said and done we are now upside down on loan. Also we walked out of the dealership with only a strip of paper for the registration. No other paperwork. I had to call 3 times to get it emailed to us one week later. Once I reviewed all the paperwork I was SHOCKED. I went down and complained and the only thing they did was refund us $1353 (which I believe was the lifetime tint warranty. The $399 for zaktek was “non-refundable”. If I had asked for it I would understand it being non-refundable. But I had not asked for it, nor was I even aware of it. I will NEVER, EVER do business at showcase Honda sales again. Ever. And I will discourage all friends and family from going there as well. More
