Have had constant issues with my "certified preowned" Honda civic. Paid $700 for "major service" in September 2024. 1 went to a different mechanic last week who believes showcase Honda did not actually Honda civic. Paid $700 for "major service" in September 2024. 1 went to a different mechanic last week who believes showcase Honda did not actually replace my transmission or brake fluid, nor did they replace my air or cabin filters. All of which I paid for. Would highly, highly recommend not coming here. More

Overall I had a good experience until a “manager” came in to close the “deal” at the signing of my paperwork. He was very condescending as if I didn’t understand English.
