Ryan did a nice job in showing us the car we wanted to check out. He was fairly knowledgeable on that car and some others. When we decided on the one we wanted, the process took entirely too long. We were left sitting at a table alone for quite some time, no one offered anything. We found the coffee & helped ourselves. The trade in guy was pretty high pressure, which was a negative. The financing guy was new & we felt for him. We found a couple of mistakes on our paperwork and had to bring to his attention, which he corrected immediately. Purchasing a care is always a grueling experience, it should not be that way. Hopefully this is not your best effort. More

Made an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated (No Cost). I had also just received a recall for changing something in the transmission The service department was able to take care of the rotated (No Cost). Kept changing deal; exerted high pressure; Information presented in such a way as to be less than transparent. Finally, we do not like the add on charges that they require to buy a car.
