I had my car serviced including a tire rotation. I was driving down the highway and it felt like my right rear tire was about to fall off. I had to pull off the highway and call AAA. The service rep I was driving down the highway and it felt like my right rear tire was about to fall off. I had to pull off the highway and call AAA. The service representative told me to inform you the lug nuts on my right rear tire had not been tightened properly. This could have ended disastrously and my faith in working with you for future repairs is zero. Please implement safety measures so this does not happen to someone else. More
