It was frustrating service. I had to go back twice to only get a software update even though I also wanted my car checked out and potentially serviced in regards to not only an I had to go back twice to only get a software update even though I also wanted my car checked out and potentially serviced in regards to not only an oil change, but check my tires, air filter, etc. But I was told that was all not needed and to come back when my oil was at 15%. I guess I’ll have to wait to have car checked out until that happens regardless of wanting it to be serviced. More

Service appointment was made one week ahead of time for waiting while being serviced. When I arrived the service technician inside said they would not have it ready until the end of day . I asked why whe waiting while being serviced. When I arrived the service technician inside said they would not have it ready until the end of day . I asked why when I had specifically requested waiting for service one week previously. He said that is the way it is. He asked another service technician to help me. She said yes of course you can wait and it will take approximately 2 hours. Service took place in 2 hour time frame. Paid for service- no problem. More
