Rick, the sales manager who dealt with me, is overly aggressive and resorts to shouting. Although the website says the certified vehicle “comes with” the Premium Care Package, he stated I would be charg aggressive and resorts to shouting. The invoice overcharged me, by $700, for sales tax.When I asked it be corrected to the correct tax rate, the discount on sales price already negotiated was reduced by the $700 I was overcharged. They lied to us in order to get us to the dealership. They lied to us about the price of the truck.
