Waited 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment. While there I never received any communication on status of vehicle until after after I inquired after the 2 hour mark, and I scheduled appointment. My battery died 2 days after it was checked during an oil change, then you did not email the original invoice to the Ft Walton dealership as requested over the telephone and I did not get any warranty benefi change, then you did not email the original invoice to the Ft Walton dealership as requested over the telephone and I did not get any warranty benefit. Excellent except for the following: I approved the work based on the estimate they gave me, but when the work was done my bill was hundreds more than I expected. I couldn't get a clear answer on why it was based on the estimate they gave me, but when the work was done my bill was hundreds more than I expected. I couldn't get a clear answer on why it was so much more. So when I got home, I went through all the paperwork and receipts with a calculator and found that the estimate for the timing belt only included labor and not the $700+ in parts. It was an honest oversight, but it caused me a lot of grief. I would've been better prepared if I had received the correct estimate up front. More
Got back in my car and all my mirrors had been adjusted and not returned. My driver seat was moved all the way to the back and not put back where it was. No reason for techs or service writers to touch any personal adjustments on a customers vehicle. More
