This dealership is top notch. My battery died (after 4.5 years) and Shottenkirk came to my rescue. We immediately drove to the dealership where they determined that battery needed to be replaced. We purchased the recommended battery and waited for the install. Service area is always friendly and answers any questions I have about my Pilot. I highly recommend them!! More

No big complaint but I had an appt. at 11:30 and was told they were running behind. An appt. is a guaranteed service at 11:30.
