Had an appointment made. They were behind. Plus lied and said my battery was bad. I went straight to advanced auto after they told me that and had my battery checked. I have They were behind. My battery light never came on. When the guy at advanced auto checked my battery. One of the nuts was loose on the positive connector he tightened it back up and said that could be your problem then he asked what kind of issues I was having before he checked it and I simply said none, I just wanted it checked. So I stood right beside him as he checked it and the battery tester said my battery was good. I’ve been going to Honda for the last 11 years. I now feel that they take advantage of people and try to up sale when people can’t afford it by lying to them. I use to brag about Honda and sent a lot of my friends there. Now I’m considering buying my next car somewhere else. All I can say is it’s a good thing this happened after my daughter bought her 2023 Honda civic, or she probably wouldn’t be buying a Honda at all. Makes me wonder what else they have lied to me about. It’s simply just frustrating. More
