Angie explains what is wrong clearly and identifies the cost. She answers questions, and if she does not know the answer, she gets it. I feel like Angie is honest. I am not able to double-check the pricing on everything, but the things I do check show that their prices are not out of line with other service centers. It did take a few days to complete, but they kindly provided a loaner even though I live 30 minutes from the dealership. I have had the car back 24 hours now and everything seems to be working great.
