My service experience at Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville was top-notch. The service itself was completed efficiently. The service writer was open, friendly, and responsive to my needs -- he didn't try to sell me a service, even though my vehicle was on the edge of needing that particular service -- and when I asked about a billing issue, the service manager solved it quickly and in my favor. Furthermore, the waiting area is comfortable. I'll return to Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville for all my Honda's future services. More

I came home and was cleaning up my new car I noticed the wheel was scratched. That shows up very easily on a black wheel. Kevin said he would get it taken care of, but I still have to take my time to take it back and get it repaired. More
I enjoy going to this dealership; however my last visit was not good. John in Service was great so no problem there. It was an oil change and tire rotation. It took 2.5 hours-way too long because they spilled oil in the car engine and had to clean it up, It still smelled like burned oil when I cranked it. There were also crumbs in my seat-someone had been eating in my car. Also the technicians look like rag muffins. My car is a Lexus and I don't expect this kind of treatment. These technicians need to be wearing uniforms and at least LOOK like they know what they are doing and they need to be respectful of people's cars. All the settings for AC etc had been changed. To drive a car down the road for a couple minutes after tire rotation does not require you to change all my buttons!!! Overall this was unacceptable service. More
