TL was very friendly as was Michael. It took some time to meet my needs and I appreciated Kevin coming out and talking with me and my wife. My new car wasnt filled up with gas as promise It took some time to meet my needs and I appreciated Kevin coming out and talking with me and my wife. My new car wasnt filled up with gas as promised and a key feature I was told the vehicle had during the test drive that I was then told after the purchase that it did not have. A few disappointments but positive overall and I would shop at Shottenkirk Honda again! More
