From start to finish, shottenkirk honda surpassed all my expectations. Starting with the young lady who wrote me up, Ginger. I was in for routine maintenance but alerted Ginger to a steering issue I was hav expectations. Starting with the young lady who wrote me up, Ginger. I was in for routine maintenance but alerted Ginger to a steering issue I was having. She consulted with the mechanic who confirmed the problem. Ginger told me parts would be ordered and she contacted me as soon as parts arrived. She scheduled the work and arranged for a loaner car for me. Work was completed on time and I am very pleased with the results. Again, it was Ginger who represented Shottenkirk so well and I am very grateful to her. More
