I really enjoyed being kept up to date on what was transpiring with my Honda. The repairman was very knowledgeable and reassured me of the repair service it needed. I do recommend The Honda Dealers transpiring with my Honda. The repairman was very knowledgeable and reassured me of the repair service it needed. I do recommend The Honda Dealership regularly.. More
My experience the day of buying my car was great. They worked with me to get me what I wanted and asked for. My experience post-buying however was far from the same. I received phone calls at work, phone worked with me to get me what I wanted and asked for. My experience post-buying however was far from the same. I received phone calls at work, phone calls TO MY place of work, about something I had already discussed with them. Very inconsiderate and disrespectful. More

I’ve owned my car for a little over a year. It’s my work car and I put a lot of miles on it. I bring it to get it serviced every time it’s due. I just spent almost 400 dollar on the 135,000 mile service a car and I put a lot of miles on it. I bring it to get it serviced every time it’s due. I just spent almost 400 dollar on the 135,000 mile service and several days later my check engine light came on for the first time ever. So I checked everything, gas cap, oil, etc. and reset the codes with my scan tool to see if they’d stay gone. My drive way is flat and I checked the oil in the morning after it had sat all night. The oil was about 1/2 quart low. I took a picture of the dip stick. I am an FAA certified aircraft mechanic and more than that have been fixing and maintaining my own vehicles my entire life. I get it serviced bc I do not have time anymore. This was only about 3-4 days after the service so I called and I was placed on the phone with Tony and told he was the service manager. I told him my problem and asked for a quart of oil to fix it. That’s all. He told me I had to bring it by so he could check it. I told him it’s not accurate to check the oil after you’ve been driving it all day. I told him I had the picture. I acquiesced bc I know he has a job to do. He checked the oil and agreed it was low. But instead of just giving me a quart of oil and letting me be on my way he wanted to argue about whether it was a half a quart or an 1/8 th of a quart and when it was best to check it. I showed him the picture and he told me that he didn’t know how far I had put the dip stick in when I took that picture. Just stupid stuff. There was no argument that the techs had left it low after I spent nearly 400 dollars getting it serviced. I literally get my oil changed there about every 6 weeks. He wouldn’t even give me a whole quart. He literally gave me a half a quart of opened oil after insisting on arguing about how empty it was and how to check oil. I’m 39 and grew up on a farm with a wrench in my hand. My uncle owned a radiator shop on Tennessee street for over 30 years before he retired. I know how to check my own oil. Also, and I wasn’t gonna bring it up until he wanted to argue but the techs also left brake fluid all over the inside of my car. He did offer to wash it off but I told him no. He told me he was a master tech so he should know you don’t spray cold water on a hot engine. So after a year of bringing my car in religiously and after a nearly 400 dollar service I was left a half a quart low on left with brake fluid all over the inside of my engine bay. Then I had to listen to some guy argue with me, not over whether it was left low, but how low and how it was checked. Total nonsense. I literally asked for a quart of oil, no harm no foul, and I would’ve been back. Also, I will need a new car for work in a year or two and would have bought it there. Now I won’t let y’all put air in my tires and I’ll never be back. I asked for a quart of oil to fix a problem your guys created. That’s all I wanted. More
