I was pleased with Bernie's quick responses to emails & texts when I was looking into a vehicle online. I drove 75 miles the next day to purchase the vehicle after we settled on a price. Fifteen minutes from the dealership I get a call letting me know the vehicle sold. They had another similar on property, just different color. In the end I purchased it but was there 4-1/2 hours. Staff was nice, but the process of purchasing and agreeing on a price was not fun. At the very end I was told I'd only get that price if I used their financing which was higher than what I was pre-approved for using my own financing. I walked away not happy with having to finance with Shottenkirk and with the price given for my trade-in -especially when I saw it online for $8000 over the price they gave me. Disappointing. The process started out great, but in the end it was only average (though I had high hopes for better than that). Sherry was very thorough in letting me know all about the vehicle and helping me set it up (at 10:30pm). The 3-star rating reflects the overall experience and not Sherry's help. More
