The service department showed extremely poor service. I had to bring my car back for the SECOND time because the alignment I had PAID for the previous day was done incorrectly. So after paying a good am I had to bring my car back for the SECOND time because the alignment I had PAID for the previous day was done incorrectly. So after paying a good amount of money to have to the service done, I had to pay for extra gas to drive back only to be treated as an inconvenience. I was not given any instructions other than to wait outside in the Bay Area and someone would be with me. The only person to show up was an unprofessional mechanic who was not only horribly rude , but paid no mind to the fact I had my three children with me before yanking my car door open and taking off. The supervisor/manager Richard was notified and handled the situation. He was very polite and apologetic! More

Service was good, just needed A/C checked and would not do it without charging me $200. It's a Honda I would think you could have checked that out since I was there for my B1 service without charging me $ do it without charging me $200.
