Two issues - length of wait. Almost 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. Low tire alert came on after I started home. I had to turn around and go back. Jonathan was wonderful but the entire experience took way too long. Too pushy on the extended warranty and they should have provided an extra key to the vehicle-since they owned the Chrysler dealership next too long.
