When I dropped off my car for an oil change, I asked them to check my tire because I was having to add air about once a week. When I went back to pick up my car, they told me they couldn't find anything wron to check my tire because I was having to add air about once a week. When I went back to pick up my car, they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire. I took my car to the tire store I always use and they found a nail! Also, they didn't bother rotating my tires because they said I was due a new set. Not impressed.... More

The response I get at Cartersville Honda is always professional and polite. They let me know of course of their recommended services some which I choose to do myself to keep the cost done and others professional and polite. I waited there for 4 hours just for oil change. I was told they are waiting for part after 3 hours and then I can take my car if I don't want to get my oil changed after waiting 3 hours.
