My experience with this dealership is more often than not very pleasant. It's why I choose to drive longer to come here when I opt for service at the dealership, even though I have a Kia dealership closer to very pleasant. I never get pressured into buying services my car may or may not need, and I've never felt taken advantage of just because I don't know as much about what goes on under the hood. The guys in the Service Department run that area like a well oiled machine. I have been a customer for 10 years. I'm so happy with the service I received there. But so very disappointed the new owner stopped the rewards program with no warning. I lost over $100 because of his bad decision. Not sure he cares about loyalty of customers. He gets a bad review even though I never met him. More

Had a great experience even though we had to wait 11mo for our vehicle to come in. Phillip ordered our vehicle last year, kept us up to date on delivery and answered all of our questions.
